Every eyelet is a hole. That is the whole risk of this garment: a ring set into knit cloth takes all its load on the cut edge, so each one needs backing behind it or it tears out in the first wash, and the fleece has to be heavy enough to hold the flange flat. The scatter is the second part, because there is no repeat to follow, and no ring may land on the zip path or where a hand enters the pocket.

The eyelets are the only decoration, and they do what a print cannot: they change with the light, going from matte grey to bright as the shoulder turns. The cut stays square so the rings sit on a flat plane, and the hem rib gathers the volume beneath them. It sits over a tee, never against skin.
