Products & customisation
1. What products can you manufacture? T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tracksuits, sweatpants, shorts and complete sports sets、jeans、pants、jacket. We also produce garment accessories and branded packaging as part of the same order, so the label, hangtag, polybag and box arrive consistent with the garment.
2. Do you work to my own design? Yes. Send your tech pack, reference sample or artwork and we build to it. If you need design support rather than an existing spec, we run full-package development from concept through to delivery — that is the service model we work on.
3. What is your minimum order quantity? From 30 pieces. That is the floor for a custom program — enough to produce a first drop, test the fit and the finish with real customers, and only then scale.
4. What sizes can you produce? S–5XL as standard, plus custom sizing. If your market needs a size range or grade outside S–5XL, the in-house pattern team builds it. Extended sizing is quoted with the rest of the program.
5. Can you do private label and custom packaging? Yes. Private labelling, custom woven labels, hangtags, print and embroidery branding, polybags and branded boxes are all handled inside the same order.
Materials & techniques
6. What fabrics do you work with? Five core fabrics: 100% cotton, polyester/cotton, 100% polyester, spandex/cotton and wool/nylon. Other options are available on request. For brands with sustainability requirements, GRS-certified recycled fabric options and other eco-material choices are available, and production runs to international social-compliance standards.
7. Can I specify the fabric weight (GSM)? Yes, you can. Please tell us the GSM value you desire and the desired feel. We offer fabric weights ranging from 180gsm to 600gsm. We will determine the most suitable fabric structure that is closest to and feasible, and provide a quote. GSM is the most significant factor influencing the cost and texture of the clothing, and therefore we prefer to reach an agreement before making the sample, rather than deciding later.
8. What decoration and finishing techniques do you offer? Thirteen: printed, puff print, dip dye, tie dyed, embroidered, 3D embroidery, towel embroidery, applique, rhinestone, patchwork, washed, stonewashed and acid wash. Send your artwork and the target hand-feel — the sample is where the technique gets settled.
9. How does sampling work? Two stages, quoted separately: a fit / proto sample that validates pattern, measurements and silhouette, and a pre-production (PP) sample that validates the final fabric, GSM, colourway, trims, print or embroidery and packaging before bulk. Nothing goes into bulk until the PP sample is signed off.
10. How long does a sample take? 3–5 days. Send the tech pack or a reference sample together with the target hand-feel, and the sample is produced in that window.
11. What does a sample cost? The sample fee is quoted according to how complex the design is. A simple single-technique construction prices lower than a multi-panel or multi-technique design. Send the tech pack and we will quote the sample against it.
12. How do we start — what do you need from me? Four things: the tech pack or reference sample, the target quantity, the size range, and the fabric and finish direction. With those we return a quotation and a sampling schedule. If any of the four is not settled yet, send what you have — we can work the gaps with you before the quote.
Production, quality & delivery
13. What is your production capacity? A 3,000 m² facility in Dongguan with 7 dedicated production lines and 3 quality-control inspection lines, supporting monthly output above 60,000 pieces. That capacity runs large programs and small-batch, fast-turn drops on the same floor.
14. How do you control quality? Three inspection lines sit alongside the seven production lines, so quality checks are built into the line rather than run only at the end. The pattern team — 7 senior pattern designers, each with 20+ years’ experience — owns fit and construction, which is where most quality problems originate.
15. What is your bulk production lead time? Bulk lead time is quoted per program once the fabric and construction are fixed, because it depends on the fabric’s own lead time and the finishing techniques involved. Ask for it in writing alongside the sampling schedule so both sit on the same timeline.
16. How are payment and shipping terms set? Terms are agreed per order. Tell us your preferred Incoterms and destination market and we will quote against them.
