Two things have to line up here: the wash and the print. The garment is dyed, washed and dried first, so the red is already uneven before any ink goes near it, and the artwork is then laid over that uneven surface, not the other way round. The line work keeps its texture rather than sharpening into flat edges, and the shadows inside the pumpkin are built from tonal separation rather than one solid hit.

The second version runs a gothic display line across the top, then a skeleton torso holding a carved pumpkin at centre, with arms printed down both sleeves, bones reaching the wrists. Cream on washed red keeps it looking printed by hand. The pocket sits clean under the figure and the fleece stays soft.

It is built for the Halloween. Good for house parties, campus, Halloween eighbourhood with children. Wear it over black jeans and heavy boots and let the print carry it, or layer a long dark coat on top. Cut unisex, and proportioned for men as well.
